Sending Invoices

  1. To send invoices, simply click on "Send Invoices".

  2. Sign in!
  3. If you have not set up your invoices, you will not be able to go on! Click HERE to find out how to set up your account.
  4. If you are successful logging in, you will see a screen that looks like this: Sample Screen Shot
  5. At this point, you can add extra postage to a lot by increasing the value under the SH column . To add extra insurance for a lot, just increase the value under the I column. Remove the check under the Send? column for any lot you don't want to send out.
    • SH - additional Shipping and Handling.
    • I - additional Insurance.
  6. When you are done, just click on "Send Invoices Now!"
  7. You will then see something like this: Sample Screen Shot
  8. Congratulations. You have sent out your invoices!
